Our annual GetSET Scholarship has been renamed in memory of our GetSET Lead Counselor, Vanessa Arellano, a proud Ohlone woman. Vanessa was a GetSET Alumna and tireless volunteer. She not only participated in the program she came back as both a counselor and planning team member. She was a rock, a safe haven, calm and reliable in the utter chaos that can be GetSET summer week. Vanessa was tragically killed by a reckless driver in November 2021.
