ATTENDANCE: Your schedule will indicate all meetings,
times and locations. You are expected to
attend all sessions, study group meetings, field trips, meals and activities
and be prompt and attentive at all times.
BEHAVIOR: Come with an inquiring mind. You help yourself and your fellow students by
asking questions! You are expected to
treat all staff members, instructors, and fellow students in a respectful
manner. Disrespect will not be tolerated
and will serve as grounds for immediate expulsion from Summer Week.
1.
You must be in your assigned room by 11:00 pm. You may not switch rooms without prior
approval of Get SET staff and Santa Clara Conference staff. Dorm quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 6:30
am.
2.
You are not permitted to be out of the dorm or off the campus at any time
without the permission of GetSET staff.
3.
At all times, you MUST travel in twos.
4.
You must have the permission of the Get SET staff and written permission of
you parent or guardian to leave the campus for any reason.
5.
Cell phones, music devices, and electronic devices are not allowed to be
used in the classrooms, during workshops, or on tours. Turn them off during the day.
6.
Visitors are not allowed during Summer Week. Visitors on campus will be cause for
immediate dismissal from the program.
7.
Weapons,
alcohol and other controlled substance with out prescriptions are strictly
prohibited. Smoking will not be permitted at any time. Possession of any such materials shall be
cause for immediate dismissal from the program.
8.
Your name tag serves as your identification and must be worn at all time.
9.
Rooms must be left in the condition in which they were found. Care must be taken with all dorm
equipment. All furniture and linens must
be left where they were found. You will
be held fully responsible any damage or the loss of the room key you are
issued.
10.
Running or loud noise in the dorm corridors is prohibited.
We understand and agree to the above
Participant Agreement and Standards of Conduct.
We understand that
violations of the Standard of Conduct shall be cause for dismissal.
